Being together, I am holding a safe space for you. In an attentive and appreciative atmosphere, we will work on, observe, reflect and allow for a somatic experience of your questions and challenges and how to solve them- layer by layer.


This leads to often quite unexpected insights; especially with regard to the unimagined resources that already lie dormant within us. Regular exercises and practices help you to anchor these into your consciousness so that they can unfold and strengthen you in your daily life.


Out of this arises a pathway for conscious change: doubt is transformed into confidence, rejection into acceptance, disorientation into clarity, sadness into joy, narrowness into expansiveness and exhaustion into new strength.

For more than seven years, I have been working as a yoga teacher and therapist and am constantly diving and trusting deeper into the healing power of a mindful approach to our body and mind. My own cozy practice room is located close to Görlitzer Park and supports me and my work with its light and friendliness. Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a successful economist worldwide for more than ten years. I have never regretted my decision to redirect my personal and professional path.


I am convinced that developing a loving relationship with ourselves is the key to a happy life. With presence, warmth, keen observation, openness and, of course, professional expertise, I prepare the fertile ground for new perspectives and positive change.


My trainers and mentors include Martin Witthöft, Pia Witthöft, Günter Niessen, Katharina Lehman and Peter Clifford.
